Bharath is a happy man now. For he says those who had watched ‘Vaanam’ have been appreciating his performance as an aspiring rock star in the movie. “It is a great role and I loved being part of the film,” he says.

There are more reasons behind the actor’s happiness. He hopes that three of his forthcoming movies, ‘Yuvan Yuvathi’, ‘Thiruthani’ and ‘555’, will place him as a bankable star in the box-office.

“555, directed by Sasi, poses a challenge to the actor in me. It is a complex character and I am giving my best to it. We are currently busy with the first schedule of shooting,” he says.

Heaping laurels on Sasi, he says, “He is already a popular name with films such as Sollamaley, Roja Kooottam and Poo. In 555, he is touching a totally new subject and it is a stimulating project.”
