As we all know Bharath recently started acting in a horror film 'Pottu' directed by Vadivudaiyan of 'Sowcarpettai' fame. Now we have got the details of another Tamil horror film in which the young and talented actor has acted as the male lead. This film has been titled as 'Bhayam Oru Payanam'.

The film written and directed by debutante Mani Sharma will have Bharath, Vishaka Singh and Meenakshi Dixit in lead roles.

The director says this will be a unique horror film happening in a forest unlike regular horror films which will have a haunted house or a bungalow as its main setting. The director also confirmed that this will be a serious horror film and would not come under horror-comedy, the current popular genre in Kollywood.

Bharath plays a wildlife photographer who gets haunted by the ghost in the forest played by Vishaka Singh. Meenakshi Dixit plays Bharath's wife Urvashi plays a serious character as Vishaka's mother and John Vijay plays her husband who is the villain of the film.

Munishkanth, SIngampuli and Yogi Babu are also included in the supporting cast.

Y.R.Prasaad has scored music for the film, which will have four songs. I. Andrew has handled the camera and LVK Dass Daniel is the Editor.

The film has been extensively shot in Munnaar and the forest scenes shot in night effect will be one of the highlights of the film.

'Bhayam Oru Payanam' has been produced by Durai and Shanmugam under the Octospider Productions banner.
