This might be one of those really surprising news you would have come across of late. If industry insiders are to be believed, Thala Ajith’s ‘Billa 2’ that was slated for a release on June 15 might be pushed by a week.

This means the film will release on June 22 that falls on Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s birthday!

Although Ajith and Vijay share a cordial relationship and are friends, the fact that they’re both arch media rivals is an open secret. Thus this has come as a surprising news! However an official announcement from the makers is expected about the release date.

‘Billa 2’ is currently in its post production stage and will be censored by June 15 following which an announcement will be made.

Starring Ajith, Parvathy Omanakuttan, Bruna Abdullah and Vidyut Jamwal in the lead roles the film by Chakri Toleti has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
