'Blood camps by Chiru fans a mega success'

The hundreds of blood camps held by Mega fans on March 27, marking the birthday of Ram Charan, emerged a big success. Titled as the Wordwide Mega Blood Donation Drive, it was held jointly by All India Chiranjeevi Yuvatha, and Chiranjeevi Eye & Blood Bank. About 225 such camps were held across AP, Telangana, Karnataka, Maharashtra, MP, Orissa, TN, Dubai, Muscat, and the US.

In Karnataka alone, about 12 camps were held. About 10,000 fans donated blood in the Kannada State alone.

The blood will be handed over to Lions Club, Red Cross, Rotary Club, NTR Blood Bank, various government hospitals, and Chiranjeevi Blood Bank.
