Two light hearted entertainers release this weekend - 'Bobby Jasoos' and 'Lekar Hum Deewana Dil'. While former is riding on the star power of Vidya Balan, latter has yet another pair of newcomers - Armaan Jain and Deeksha Seth - making their debut. Both films are produced by actors turned producers with Dia Mirza and Saif Ali Khan associated with them.

Buzz around both the films is decent, though there won't be much to differentiate between the two as far as the opening is concerned. Both films are heavily dependent on word of mouth and while 'Bobby Jasoos' has an edge at single screens, 'Lekar Hum Deewana Dil' is primarily targeting multiplex audience.

For Vidya Balan, this is her first female centric film since 'Kahaani' and it would be interesting to see how it goes past 'Ghanchakkar' and 'Shaadi Ke Side Effects'. On the other hand 2014 has been quite good for newcomers with Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon's 'Heropanti' hitting half century. No wonder, all eyes are on how Armaan and Deeksha find their audience with their romcom.

Meanwhile, both films would be challenged by 'Ek Villain' which has continued its fabulous run beyond the weekend as well hence would find good audience for itself in its second week too.
