Produced by Viacom 18, Cape of Good Films and Ashwin Varde Productions, `Boss' is directed by Anthony D'souza and stars Akshay Kumar, Ronit Roy, Mithun Chakraborty, Shiv Pandit, Aditi Rao Hydari, Johny Lever and Danny Denzongpa.
Akshay Kumar who plays the titular role as `Boss', will be seen in a never before action avatar for this film. Experience a combination of action and comedy, as the `Boss' Akki makes you jump out of your seats and bashes up the bad boys in town. `Boss' is back dropped in the city of power `Delhi', with injustice and rising fist power in the city.
Playing a parallel lead, Shiv Pandit who plays Akshay's Brother will be seen romancing the gorgeous Aditi Rao Hydari for the very first time film! With `Boss', Aditi has gone super glam like never before - turning out to be refreshingly fresh and deliciously sexy.
After winning accolades for his previous grey shade tinged with black performance, in this film Ronit Roy has gone the full throttle by promising to be one of the most menacing villains ever seen on the big screen - essaying the role of Ayushman Thakur.
Veteran actor Danny Denzongpa who has won accolades throughout his career mostly for the villainous characters is all set to enthral the audiences with his larger than life persona in `Boss' as Akshay's Big Boss. He is said to bear uncanny similarities to the popular Robin Hood persona! Usually, we have seen Danny playing negative characters, but for this film his role is quite different and will be of a positive person who extends his generous hand for the good of the society.
Amitabh Bachchan has done the complete voiceover for the film and also introduces the character of Boss in the movie. `Boss' is all set to release on 16th October.
