Brahmanandam has a good fanbase not only in Telugu, but also in Tamil. Even director Shankar said that he loves Brahmi's comedy at the audio launch of 'Aagadu'.

The latest news is that Brahmanandam has played a role in Rajinikanth's 'Lingaa' and the shooting of his character was recently done at Ramoji film city. Anushka and Sonakshi Sinha are the leading ladies in this film, which is being directed by K.S.Ravikumar. Jagapathi Babu has also played a crucial role in this film.

Rockline Venkatesh, who recently tasted success with 'Power', is producing this movie on Rockline Entertainments banner.
