It is because the RR Venkat has big plans to release The Businessman simultaneously in three languages. Besides the Telugu release, it will be released in Tamil and Malayalam as well. The film will be released on Jan. 11, 2012. That it will be a simultaneous release on the same day, adds to the aura around the big-budget action caper.

Post-Dookudu, Mahesh is one much-discussed Telugu hero in the Tamil state. Dookudu has done great business in the Chennai market. Also, thanks to the success of Allu Arjun's films like Arya2 in Kerala, The Businessman stands fair chances of getting craze.
