At a time when a guessing game is on as to where is Rajinikanth on his 60th birthday today, reliable sources said the Superstar is very much at his home in Chennai.

They said a grand homam was performed by family members of Rajinikanth in which the top actor's wife Latha, daughters Aishwarya and Soundarya, son-in-law Dhanush and grandson Yathra took part.

Vedic scholars performed poojas by chanting hymns as part of the 'Mruthyunjay Homam', they added. Meanwhile, fans of Rajinikanth celebrated his birthday by performing milk abhishekams to his banners and distributing sweets.
