Seems the trouble caused by a contentious ad film for DTH service provider will not leave actor Dhanush easily.

The ad has offended the Cable TV operators across Tamil Nadu as it allegedly portrays they in a bad light. A couple of days back, the Tamil Nadu Cable TV Operators Association had made a complaint on Dhanush seeking in the Nadigar Sangam seeking an unconditional apology from the 'Maari' star.

Now the Association has said that they will file a defamation suit against Dhanush if he fails to apologise.

The National award winning actor is yet to react to the issue raised by the cable TV operators.

The ad mentions that the cable tv operators charge for channels that one would not like to watch. This line has been taken as offensive by the operators. The line was removed in the ad film later, but still the operators want an apology from Dhanush for causing insult to them.
