Recently Shilpa Shetty and husband Raj Kundra found themselves in a mess when a Kolkata based businessman MK Jain, who alleged that the celebrity couple had cheated him Rs. 9 Crores.

Responding to this, an official statement from Raj Kundra's spokesperson read, "The alleged case registered against Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty Kundra is false and has no legal standing. As the case is pending for hearing, it will be inappropriate for us to say anything further at this point."
