A case was filed on producer Bandla Ganesh in Rayadurgam Police Station, following the death of a fan at the audio launch of the movie 'Baadshah'.

The case was filed under section IPC 304 (A). Some of the fans were also injured in the stampede and the organisers are being criticized for the lack of proper arrangements at the venue.

NTR has finished the event quickly responding to the unfortunate incident and Bandla Ganesh has announced 5 lakhs to help the family of the dead person. But some say that these cannot be the worth of a valuable life.
