Way back in July, we reported that Catherine Tresa will be playing a role in Teja's political drama, starring Rana Daggubati and Kajal Aggarwal. Produced by D Suresh Babu, the film went on the floors recently and has since been shot in Karaikudi.
The news is that the 'MLA', better remembered as Bunny's 'My Lovely Angel' of 'Sarrainodu', is playing a political leader's role in this prestigious venture.
If this film, recently titled as 'Nene Raju Nene Mantri', becomes a hit, Catherine will be deemed a lucky charm for such roles. She may have walked out of 'Khaidi No. 150' either voluntarily or otherwise, but the actress just got a big banner film opposite Bhallaladeva.
