The Celebrity Cricket League cricket tournaments that would bring all the language film industries together will take off on June 4 in KSCA stadium and final match on June 12 will be played in Hyderabad.

Hindi, Kannada, Tamil and Telugu film industries will kick-off from June 4 in Bangalore at Chinnaswamy stadium. Chennai and Vishakhapatnam are the other venues for playing the CCL. The Bollywood team is led by Salman Khan, the Sandalwood (Kannada) team by Sudeep, Tollywood (Telugu) team by Venkatesh and Kollywood (Tamil) team by Suriya.

The sandalwood team was bid by NICE chairman and managing director Ashok Kheney for Rs.16.5 cores for 10 years. Ashok Kheney has already contributed Rs.3 crores for the Kannada Cinema Artists Association that is coming up at Chamrajpet in Bengaluru.

Ashok Kheney has named the sandalwood team as ‘Karnataka Bulldozers’. Power star Puneeth Rajakumar is the icon of the playing team from Karnataka Bulldozers.
