MSM Motion Pictures and Contiloe Entertainment is all set to make mall-hopping a scary experience for audiences with their upcoming horror flick 'Darr At The Mall', directed by Pawan Kripalani, who made his directorial debut with the highly successful 'Ragini MMS'.

The film is a first of its kind Bollywood film, which has chosen a mall as the backdrop for a horror story. Jimmy Shergill plays the protagonist, as a mall security personnel in the film.

Talking on why he chose this film the actor revealed, "I usually enjoy watching horror flicks or films with any kind of thriller element and when this script came to me, I was so engrossed in it because of the detailing that I simply could not turn it down. This is the kind of film that has never been attempted before in Bollywood."

While the director said, "Malls are very accessible and public places, which are usually full of people having a great time. However, the same mall can be an eerie place at nights when all the shops are closed and the lights are switched off. This is what we have captured in the film."

Also starring Nushrat Bharucha, Arif Zakaria, Asif Basra, Nivedita Bhattacharya, Shraddha Kaul and Neeraj Sood among other, 'Darr At The Mall', which is directed by Pawan Kripalani, is scheduled to release on February 21st 2014.
