Latest gossip in tinsel town goes that the handsome hunk John Abraham will probably play the iconic industrialist late JRD Tata.

The biopic, which will be bannered under the actor's production house, will be helmed by Shoojit Sircar, who had earlier worked with John in 'Vicky Donor' and 'Madras Cafe'. It is said that John is keen to play a realistic character since he has never done a biopic before. On another note, since John like JRD hails from Parsi background (his mother is Parsi) wouldn't have any problem to prepare for his role.

While nothing has been finalised yet, sources added that John is deciding about the project's title. Sources claim that currently he has registered names like JRD Tata, Jamshed Ji and Tata Sons under his banner.
