Amongst great applause, Director Shekhar Kapur said, "I was telling your father, Soundarya, that he should be very proud of you. After I saw a little bit...I first saw it when I was doing music with Rahman in his studio and I was stunned with what I saw. I told your father how wonderful it was and how proud he should be of you and then, having seen what I saw just now, I think we should all be very proud of you. We are all very, very proud of what you have achieved."
