The 'Besharam' famed beauty Pallavi Sharda will soon be seen doing a musical 'tamasha' in her next movie.
Titled 'Bambai Fairytale', the film is a biopic on late Shivkar Bapuji Talpade, noted Maharashtrian scientist. With Ayushmann Khurrana playing the lead, the film will be set against the backdrop of 1890s and Pallaivi is said to be playing a 'Tamasha' dancer of that era. Pallavi, a trained classical dancer, found the dance form and mannerism of the old times very difficult. Talking to sources, Pallavi said that she has done her best to look authentic.
According to sources, 'Bambai Fairytale' will be shot in a small town in Gujarat called Gondol to resemble old Mumbai.
To be helmed by debutant Vibhu Puri, 'Bambai Fairytale' revolves around the eminent scientist who invented India's first airplane and about his journey in it.
