After making a fabulous impression over the globe through her Cannes presence, Aishwarya Rai-Bachchan yet again came out to prove that she is the best when it comes to being a diva. As the Longines Ambassador of Elegance, Aishwarya recently graced the Opening Ceremony of Glasgow 2014, the XX Commonwealth Games. And she was truly a picture perfect beauty in a black coat and sophisticated hairstyle.

Along with Aishwarya, the event was also attended by Mr. Walter von Känel, President of Longines. During this ceremony, the Baton was delivered to Her Majesty The Queen, who read her welcome message to the athletes.

For the records, Longines is the Official Timekeeper and Watch of the Games, that are held in Glasgow from 23 July to 3 August 2014. In addition, the Swiss watch brand is the Presenting Partner of the Gymnastics competitions. It provides more than 190 timekeepers and 122 tonnes of equipment to support the event.
