Sanjay Bhattacharji's SspringBoard Productions will handle the marketing and distribution of John Mathew Matthan's untitled Ajay-Shahid-Bipasha starrer.

"My Company will handle the marketing of the film in the overseas and the Indian market," Bhattacharji said.

The film, only 30 percent complete right now, is already being sought after.
