'Kalyug' is the name of latest release from the Bhatt camp, being produced by Mukesh Bhatt and directed by 24 yr. old Mohit Suri of 'Zeher' fame. This film is slated to release this week.

Playing the lead roles are Emraan (lucky lips) Hashmi, Baby Doll Deepal Shaw, Chocolate faced Kunal Kemu and sister of Mohit, Smilie Suri.

Recently, the entire team of Kalyug was in the capital to promote the new flick, at Mashrubiya, Ashoka Hotel. The Kalyug team met up with the media and gave all details about the film and their characters.

After the hectic schedule of interviews, they posed for shutterbugs and fans alike. Then, they were invited to Hotel Ashoka's Russian restaurant 'Rose', where a party was given by renowned businessman V.K. Srivastava and Mrs. Kallpana Srivastava to welcome them.

At the party buzzing with people, Pakistan actress Meera, businessman and producer Rajbir and his wife Meenu, Manoj Raghuvanshi along with other well known invitees of the host were also present.

The stars were welcomed by the host and were seen mingling with the other guests. All the guests were fond had a great time with the young team. During the party, V.K. Srivastava invited the stars to cut the cake to cheer the stars for their upcoming film. On this occasion as usually Bhatt saheb was spotted giving the bytes and sharing the thoughts about their films. Addressing the guests Mr. Bhatt said, Right now we are in Kalyug itself and we are enjoying every bit of it.About the film he said, Our society is a society where one's pain is someone else’s excitement and enjoyment.

In 'Kalyug' we have tried to convey the same to our viewers. This film is based on the world of pornography, where pornography mafia is the main villain. It's all about the feelings and pain of peoples who are victims of pornography frauds, cheating. Their have been cases where married couples have been shot in their intimate moments, by hidden cameras and then sold to various porn sites. How one becomes a victim and fights it to prove his innocence is what we try to show in our movie. Emraan, Kunal, Deepal & Smilie have done a fabulous job and the film has been directed by Mohit Suri. It has been a surprising performance by entire unit as the film is much better than what we expected. Also day by day the music is getting popular amongst the audience so we hope we'll be able to deliver yet another successful film and make people aware about this world or I can say through this film we try to search the Satyug in Kalyug.

During the party the guests savoured the scrumptious food which included delicious items like Chicken Tikka, Biryani Kofta and various Paneer dishes to name a few along with cocktails.
