While there is much hue and cry around the overall publicity of Shikhar [we still maintain that a John Mathew Mathan film deserves a much better deal], there was a fresh promo unleashed on the small screen last weekend.

This 30 seconds promo has both Ajay Devgan and Shahid Kapoor introducing their characters with some of the movie's clippings running in the background. The aspirations of both the lead actors are clearly established with Ajay Devgan being projected as a businessman who wants to 'rule' the entire city whenever he looks at it through his windows.

In contrast, Shahid Kapoor is shown as a complete opposite as he aspires for his beloved city to 'adopt' him whenever he sights it on opening his windows.

The battle between ruling and getting adopted comes alive on the silver screen coming December 30th.
