In 2003, Shahid Kapoor and Amrita Rao made a splash with 'Ishq Vishq' that turned out to be successful at the box office. The young pair was much in demand post the movie's release.

More than two and a half years went by but the pair wasn't seen together, though they came up with number of releases with other partners in the interim. Now the two seem to be making up for the time lost with a vengeance with two of their movies ready to grace the screen, first at the year end and then in the beginning of 2006.

First to come would be 'Vaah ! Life Ho To Aisi' that releases on 23rd December while 'Shikhar' comes next on 30th December that has its first week extending into 2006. Incidentally none of the two flicks belong to the romance genre as VLHTA is a fantasy/comedy while 'Shikhar' has a social theme.
