A few years back Ram Gopal Verma had declared number of projects his 'Factory' would be making over the course of time. One such movie was 'Nimmi' that was supposed to be directed by debutant Taufiq Ahmed.

Number of movies have come since the announcement while extensive research was being carried out for the scriot of 'Nimmi'. But all this has come to a standstill because of restrictions imposed by number of authorities which call the shots for any such production that features animals. After trying hard to get the project in shape, RGV has now decided to call it off.

The synopsis of the movie went as: "A dense and green forest is a beautiful and picturesque environment, where you could relax and get in touch with Mother Nature. Until you lose yourself in one...especially if you are a child. Lonely and isolated from the rest of the world, a terrified child will find an unlikely savior and guardian in a tiger."

Well, as a result of this, viewers have lost the chance of watching a unique story unfold on screen!
