One of the biggest banners to have emerged in last decade has been Dharma Productions. Since Kuch Kuch Hota Hai [1998], the banner has created number of superhit films like Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham, Kal Ho Na Ho and Kaal.
But success doesn't seem to have gone over the head of Karan Johar who has taken over the reins of the banner after the demise of his father Yash Johar. For his upcoming 'Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna', he is being extremely modest for the movie's publicity. Inspite of the mammoth starcast of Big B, SRK, Abhishek Bachchan, Rani Mukherjee and Preity Zinta, he doesn't claim KANK to be an extra-ordinary piece of work. He is also not trying to paint the town red by stating KANK to be 'different' that many other dramas that have been shown in the past.
His only point about the movie is that it reflects his own sensibilities as a director since he has grown over the years and matured as a director. Not surprisingly, the movie is one of the most awaited movie this year.
