'Euphoria', which shot to fame with their first album ‘Dhoom’ and followed it up with ‘Phir Dhoom’, ‘Gali’ and 'Mantra' are back with their latest album 'Mehfuz'.
Led by Palash Sen, this new album by Euphoria comprises of various styles of music like ghazals, rock and jazz. As the album's name suggests, the 12 songs in the album are mature and mellower. As per Palash, "We have not followed any trend. We just make the music we believe in. I just write my songs and compose them as I do not believe in singing someone's lyrics or on someone else's music. Then I am not being myself but someone else. That is one reason I have not taken to playback singing".
The first song of the album, 'Soniya', has just recently been premiered on the telly and lives up to the expectations that one has from 'Euphoria'. A rock number, it has a rustic flavor to it with the camera solely focused on Palash as he walks and dances around the streets.
