Actress Deepshikha left no stones unturned for grabbing the main lead in Mahesh Bhatt’s autobiographical ‘Woh Lamhe’. Why? Because she has an uncanny resemblance to Parveen Babi and ‘Mohit Suri’s ‘Woh Lamhe’ is based on Bhatt’s relationship with the actress of yesteryears who died of loneliness last year. In spite of aggressively backing her case, Deepshikha lost out to new find Kangana Ranaut.

But that didn’t keep her down and she was signed by director Deepal Bari for his film ‘Lara’ starring Arbaz Khan and Hrishita Bhatt. Deepshikha is back in Mumbai after her shoot in the exotic locations of Malaysia. The chirpy actress is so excited about her trip that she cannot stop herself from describing it.

“The room in the resort that I was staying was facing the sea. It was extremely beautiful and it felt like you are sailing on a ship. But sometimes at night it rained and the sound of the waves used to scare me after the Tsunami. The overall experience was amazing as it was a good holiday cum work for me,” Says the revitalized Deepshikha.

Deepshikha has had a complete leisure trip and lot of memories of the beautiful Malaysia. It seems she has got over the ‘Woh Lamhe’ loss and is busy charting a new course in her career.
