The Play of Words
IndiaGlitz [Monday, August 14, 2006]

A host of stars and stalwarts illuminated their presence at the premiere show of Paritosh Painter’s latest venture ‘See No Evil, Hear No Evil and Speak No Evil-Plot 2’ at Rangsharda, Bandra yesterday. Written and directed and produced by Paritossh Painter with co-producer & creative director Balwinder Singh Suri. This fast paced and outrageously mad comedy had the audiences rolling in the aisles.

The audience profile boasted of people like Rakesh, Sunaina and Delnazz Paul, Inder Kumar with wife, Producer Ashok Thakariya, Hiten Paintal and Kishwar, Baqool Thakar, Tanaaz Lal, Bhaktiyar Irani, Surbhi Tiwari, Ashish Singh and wife, Gaurang Desai, Producer Dinesh Bansal Richa Pallod, Bijaon Das Gupta, Pooja Ghai Rawal, and Kiran Jhanjani who simply had a great time watching Paritosh’s latest display of talent.

A well crafted piece, the play is a fine comedy of three handicapped young guys Shree Adi Manav (Shreedhar Agarkar – Aditya Tendulkar – Manav Kambli). Shree (Ashish Roy) is Blind, Aditya (Paritossh Painter) is Deaf & Manav (Jayesh Thakkar) is dumb.

The cast comprising of Rupali Ganguly, Paritossh Painter, Ballu, Ashiesh Roy, Jayesh Thakkar with Bhairavi Goswami & Ravi Gosai also got decent reviews from the viewers for their well-sculpted performances as did Paritossh Painter who has successfully made us laugh in his previous plays like ‘Uncle Samjha Karo’ and ‘Paying Guest’.
