Neha Dhupia had a great beginning to her career when her debut film 'Qayamat' turned out to be a HIT while she garnered decent commercial and critical acclaim for the role of a call girl in her very next film 'Julie'. On the other hand Priyanshu Chatterjee hit gold with his debut film 'Tum Bin' but it took 4 flops [Aapko Pehle Bhi Dekha Hai, Dil Ka Rishta, Pinjar and Woh] for him to taste success in the form of 'Julie'.

Since then though Neha still has been in a reasonably comfortable position due to the success of 'Kya Kool Hain Hum', 'Garam Masala' and 'Chup Chup Ke', Priyanshu has been on a shaky ground due to his subsequent two releases 'Madhoshi' and 'Koi Mere Dil Mein Hai' failing at the box office.

Now the two would be seen together in a few weeks from now in 'Utthaan', a social that has been produced by Kumar Sanu. Directed by Ujjwal Chatterjee, who had earlier made 'Escape from Taliban', 'Utthan' comes with a tagline of 'Upliftment of a common man'.
