The demand for Rajkumar Hiran’s ‘Lage Raho Munnabhai’ is getting bigger by the day. After the settlement-post-midnight with the multiplexes on the day of the film’s release, ‘Lage Raho…’ released with an overwhelming 500 prints. But according to producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra, he had to release another 42 prints the very first day in Mumbai itself.

Munnabhai’s Gandhigiri is being devoured by the masses as well as the classes. The expatriates had loved the first version, especially the Munna-Circuit lingo: ‘Bole Toh…Ekdum Jhakaas Mamu…’…In fact the mere term ‘Bole Toh’ must have been uttered by so many other stars like Anil Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Aamir Khan, Shahrukh Khan etc. But now, there’s only one actor whose name has become synonymous with ‘Bole Toh’ and that’s apna Munnabhai Sanjay Dutt. More power to Raju Hirani and producer Vinod Chopra.
