Yes, you heard it right! The show is called ‘Rang De Basanti Salaam’ and it will go on air on Gandhi Jayanti (2^nd October) on Star Gold.

The show will recognize the individuals whose actions have affected the society in a positive manner and who symbolize the spirit of humanity. The winners have been chosen from common folks who have voted their hero in their community via sms and mail. Another interesting aspect of the show is that it is being produced by The most well known vamp of small screen Urvashi Dholakia (Komolika of ‘Kasauti Zindagi Ki’). It would be great to see Aamir spreading his charm on the small screen.
