Akshaye Khanna is presently in Dubai for a month and a half shooting stint with his favorite director duo Abbas – Mastan opposite TIPS Discovery Urvashi Sharma in an 'Untitled' project with Bobby Deol.

The success combo of Akshaye, Bobby Deol is back again in this action thriller with the hot-shot director after their success of 'Humraaz'. The buzz in the trade is that it is going to be supremely talented Akshaye Khanna's year with an array of interesting projects.

New Year for Akshaye will begin with the release of the much awaited 'Salaam-E-Ishq', which is being looked as a potential hit in the Trade. It will be followed by 'Gandhi, My Father' which is sure to earn him critical acclaim just like 'Border' and 'Dil Chahta Hai'. Apart from this there is another untitled venture by Anil Kapoor's production house followed by another Abbas- Mastan film.

Definitely a lot to look forward to for Akshaye in 2007. Says the normally reclusive star, "I'm definitely looking forward to 2007, it's an interesting line up of films."
