What's common between 'Traffic Signal' and 'Page 3'? Apart from coming from the same director Madhur Bhandarkar, both the films are also a part of the trilogy of Mumbai based films with 'Corporate' coming in between.

But this is not all! Apart from these commonalities, even the release timing of both 'Traffic Signal' and 'Page 3' is same. While 'Page 3' released on 21st January 2005, 'Traffic Signal' would be releasing exactly a couple of years later i.e. 12th January 2007.

While 'Page 3' broke the myth of movies not performing well at the box office if released in the first few weeks of the new year, 'Traffic Signal' too is touted to consolidate on the same as it releases alongside 'Guru' on the second Friday of the year.
