Legendary film personalities Pran saab and BR Chopra are two of the many celebrities who are being honored by Punjabi Kala Sangam.

In an event to be held at New Delhi on 12th April' 2007, there would be Baisakhi Celebration and Awards function for outstanding Punjabis in different fields.

To be presided over by Dr. Karan Singh, the event would see celebrities like Khushwant Singh, Navjot Singh Sindhu, Ashok Mastie, Meyher Bhasin, Milkha Singh and Kiran Bedi being awarded apart from the aforementioned names.
