According to sources, Sanjay Leela Bhansali wanted to sign Sikandar Kher for 'Saawariyan', but Sanjay Gupta stuck lucky to launch him in 'Woodstock Villa'.

Sikandar Kher, who would soon be making his Bollywood debut, was on the radar of the topmost Bollywood producer who wanted to launch him. But Sanjay Gupta made first strike and Sikandar is all set to make his debut in 'Woodstock Villa'.

Sources reveals on how Sanjay Gupta was so impressed by the youngster that he told Kiron Kher, "Your son is a star, nothing can stop him."

Sikander is in the mould of Vinod Khanna and Dharmendra who possessed the 'animal magnetism'. Even before his debut release, Sikandar has got the biggest fan following amongst the girls.
