Captain off to Canada

Vijayakanth will leave to Canada to shoot for his 150th film tentatively titled Vithagan. The movie will feature Vijayakanth in the role of an instructor in a police training college.

The movie would be directed by Madhesh, a one-time associate of director Shankar. Being 150th film of Vijayakanth, all efforts are being taken to come up with a grand venture. The movie would have two heroines.

A major portion of the movie would be shot in Canada. The crew would return after 45 days of shoot in the foreign land.

Vijayakanth is also a busy politician. He is the President of Desiya Murpokku Dravida Kazhagam (DMDK) party and this is the first time that Vijayakanth has chosen for a long time away from Tamilnadu.
