The young man of 'Ya Ali' fame, Zubeen Garg seems to be following the footsteps of Himesh Reshammiya.

After making waves with his rendition in last couple of years, he has also made his presence felt in the non-film albums for which he has composed as well as sung.

Now he is extending his profile by not just coming as a lead hero in a film but also taking a step further by also directing the film. Titled 'Chakra', the film would mark the debut of Zubeen Garg as an actor and director.

Said to be a political thriller with a dark theme, look and feel to it, the film revolves around a competition between two brothers. While Zubeen would be playing one of the brothers, the other brother is expected to be one of Zubeen's friends from NSD.
