Jimmy Sheirgill may have seen little box office success with films like RAQEEB, DELHII HEIGHTS, VICTORIA NO. 203 and CHODDON NAA YAAR performing poorly. He was appreciated though for his villainous act in EKLAVYA - THE ROYAL GUARD that brought bring him bouquets from all over.

Now Jimmy is hopeful of STRANGERS to rake in some moolah as well even though it is pitted against none other than Yash Raj Films' AAJA NACHLE. Since both the films are slated to arrive on 30th November, won't STRANGERS fear being crushed under the opposition?

Says Jimmy, "See, there is a different market for both the films. AAJA NACHLE seems like a feel good offering from the production house while STRANGERS is a thriller about two strangers who meet on a train and plot a crime. I guess since STRANGERS belongs to a different genre, it will survive based on it's strengths."

Coming from first time director Aanand L Rai, STRANGERS also stars Kay Kay Menon, Nandana Sen and Sonali Kulkarni in pivotal roles. The film is being presented by Sahara One Motion Pictures.
