Actress Geeta Basra celebrated her birthday yesterday amidst close friends and family. The actress who has lived a major portion of her life in London did miss the city but was overwhelmed by the love and care that the people in India had to offer.

Geeta was last seen in ‘The Train’ alongside Emraan Hashmi and has signed a film which she wouldn’t like to talk about at the moment. It has also been reported that Geeta’s name has featured in the list of top directors and producers such as Abbas-Mastan.

Geeta who kept her birthday really private and kept away from media states that a birthday is more of a private affair and thus she isn’t interested in any sort of publicity that comes across by informing the media about ones birthday. Geeta wanted to be known for her performance rather than anything else and aspires to be Madhuri Dixit whom she totally adores.
