Rs 1.5 crore remuneration for each episode!  Mind boggling, uh?

Is this some kind of a dream price or a mere fantasy that every actor would like to see as a reality?

But if the buzz doing the latest rounds in Bollywood is to be believed, superstar Akshay Kumar is going to be paid exactly the same amount per episode for anchoring a reality show expected to be on air from August.

Well, if it is really going to happen, then some time has to be given for the public to come in terms with this hard to believe pay package.

This unbelievable price tag is much more than what Shah Rukh Khan is going to get for his forthcoming show called ‘Kya Aap Paanchvi Pass Hain’? Even Salman Khan, apparently going to host a reality show for Sony has not been rewarded with such a hefty price.

No big deal when considering the rising star status of Akshay and the way in which he has been taking on the Khans and the Bachchans head to head at the box office records.
It seems like the contest is going to start in the television segment as well.

But Akshay is not at all new to the television. He has the experience of hosting a martial arts show for National Geographic some years ago.

For the producers Akshay’s guts, risk taking instincts, passion for adventure and his stunning stunts might have surely made him the most preferred among the B-town stars to be the host of the ‘Fear Factor’ Indian version.

Let’s wait till august to know the realty. If the speculations turn out to be true, then certainly it going to be a great honour for this hunk with the never say die attitude.
