Asin is one of the rare film personalities, who let her movie do all the talking. She is eagerly awaiting the release of ‘Dasavathar’, in which she plays Kamal Haasan's heroine.

Speaking about her role in the movie, she says, “It is a lifetime opportunity for me to work with a great actor like Kamal. He taught me many things on the sets of ‘Dasavathar’. He is a really a genius and a gem of Indian cinema”.

Speaking at a function organized by a cola manufacturer, for which she is the brand ambassador, Asin said, “Like everyone else, I too is eagerly expecting the release of ‘Dasavathar’. It is a landmark movie in my career.”

On her co-star Mallika Sherawat, Asin said, “Though we both had acted in ‘Dasavathar’, I met her only once, that was in the audio launch event of the film. She is cool and friendly.”
