The actor keeping up to his regular way of seeking the veteran Bollywood actor's good wishes for each of his new project combined meeting up Shammi Kapoor who also happens to be a long time family friend of Aamir Khan's family with the music launch of Imran Khan's debut film 'Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na'.
 
Earlier there were speculations were there about high profile music launch of the film but The B-Town star preferred the function to be simple and down to earth by releasing the audio by presenting the audio CD of the music composed by A.R.Rahman to Shammi Kapoor at his residence.
 
The relationship of Aamir's family and Shammi Kapoor go a long way back right from the time of classics films of the veteran hero like 'Teesri Manzil and 'Tumsa Nahi Dekha' produced by Aamir's uncle Nasir Hussain who also is the new kid on the block Imran Khan's grand father.
 
The simplicity of the new film is touted to bring back the nostalgia of the cult romantic film 'Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak'.
 
Aamir Khan also forced back Mansoor Khan from his sabbatical to take care of the production of his nephew's launch vehicle when he was away shooting for 'Gajini' and is said to be very careful in choosing and executing every other creative aspect of 'Janne Tu Ya Jaane Na'.
