Subhash Ghai who came back to directing after a break with the film 'Black &White' and now basking in the glory of seeing his Whistling Woods Film Institute doing extremely well and getting back to his usual flamboyant way of film making with the Salman Khan film 'Yuvaraj', the show man has gone for yet another way to satisfy his creative drive.

A new joint venture for film production named Red Carpet Films Ltd. has been started by Subhash Ghai's Mukta Arts and Manish Goswami.

Shivam Nair who was the director of the film 'Maharathi', Sunil Tatari, Ajay Chandok and Mahesh Kothare have been signed for directing four films under the banner of the new production house.

Manish Goswami has produced serials like 'Swabhiman' 'Aisa Desh Hai Mera', 'Kittie Parker', 'Kittu Sab Janti Hain' and 'Sarrkaar' under his production banner Siddhant Cinevision.
