"Enlighten" one of the biggest film societies of India started by Pranav Ashar and Jimmy Mistry is on the path to spread the charm of world cinema in India.

They want to make the movies of the different genres like action, comedy, romantic, drama, exclusive movies aimed at children and much more to be accessible to everyone who is interested in getting more of the movies from around the world that are normally not released in the cinema halls.

With this intention of taking the world cinema to the most number of people possible, A DVD collection of various movies titled as world classic movie series was released.

The launch was carried out by the most admired young film maker of India Farhan Akhtar.

He launched the DVD series along with the famous writer Bhawna Somaaya at the Crossword in Juhu.

The event was hosted by the founders of the "Enlighten" and Shahana Goswani was also present for the function.

Fifty films which were launched will be available in the stores soon.
