The crew members of the forthcoming television show "Oye… It's Friday" became a bunch of surprised on lookers as they saw the man who is today considered as the perfect youth icon, a great film maker, a truly versatile personality and the host of the new talk show being extremely down to earth and  helping them out in whatever ways it is possible for him to show his support.

Farhan Akhtar had earlier made it known that he decided to take up the offer of being the host of the show as the whole concept seemed so excitingly unconventional and that he is really charged up of taking up the responsibility as he is going to do such a thing for the first time in his life.

His creations that are today considered to be cult movies are enough as evidences for knowing the great sense of film making and the technical expertise owned by Farhan.

The crew members who were present during the shoot of the show tells that the young director was extremely supportive and knows in and out about the ways the camera can be used in the most creative ways.

Now that does not mean that the men assigned to shoot the video were a group of amateur workers who are still confused about the various practical aspects of production.

But that the way a movie is shot and a programe is produced inside a studio is entirely different to each other and when compared the process of film making is far more difficult and challenging.

The crew members also says that they were worried at first about meeting Farhan but he just came in suddenly and helped them in setting up the equipment and even gave a helping hand to the light men in setting up the lights.

Everyone present in the sets got stunned to see the celebrity's cool behaviour completely devoid of any sort of star tantrums.

Farhan says that the whole experience was just like one of the days when a film of his is being canned up.

He says that the crew members were having some small difficulties and he just joined them to sort out the problems.

Now that response can be called as the real spirit of a new generation youth with a selfless mind.
