Hot choco-Ranbir happens to be the busy bee here in Bollywood these days. Gearing up simultaneously for three projects; Rajnithi, Wake Up Sid and Ajab Prem Ki Kahani, he has no time to heed for Vipul's script. According to the sources, Vipul Shah who had planned to make films on fantasies zeroed on 'Action Replay'. It's a film loosely based on Hollywood's Super hit 'Back to the Future' by Robert Zemecki.

Akshay Kumar dons lead role while Aishwarya Rai stars him opposite in female lead role. According to sources, Vipul Shah offered Ranbir to perform the role of Akki-Ash's son. It was enacted by Michael J. Fox in the original version of Hollywood. The film centers on a teenage lad who is unexpectedly sent back and forth in time of present-past-future and meets his parents at his high-school days.

Nevertheless, quite occupied with his three projects and another one with Mani Rathnam, Ranbir had no options other than refusing Vipul's offer.
