Ajay Devgan's deep camaraderie with director Rohit Shetty is well known in Bollywood.

After the stupendous success of both 'Golmaal' and 'Golmaal Returns', Ajay will be again seen in his friend's next movie.

And this time the project will be a much more personal matter for the actor as it is going to be his home production.

One of the main specialties of this untitled flick is that after a long break the bong beauty Bipasha is to play Ajay's lady love.

'Apaharan' is the only film in which Ajay and Bips were seen before as a couple.

The new film can also be called as a reunion project of the director and the leading lady as long back Bipasha had worked with Rohit in his debut film 'Zameen'.

Sanjay Dutt and Fardeen Khan are the other lead actors in the film that will hit the floor in March at Goa.

It is told that the untitled movie is designed to be a laugh riot.
