Founder of Adlabs and Bollywood big wig Manmohan Shetty is bringing his Midas touch to the world of amusement parks. He is currently in talks to buy extensive property for the park and acquire the rights from Disneyland, California. If the project gets the green light, Shetty will be building he amusement park at a cost of Rs. 1500 crores.

But the man is not sweating it out yet, he recently confirmed that the project is in its initial stages and a clearer picture will emerge by November or December. The only thing confirmed is the property for the park; he has finalised one at Pen and the other at Panvel. Shetty reportedly toured all theme parks in Europe and America and has planned to launch his amusement park as the biggest in Asia. While he’s out enjoying the ride, his daughter Pooja will take over his films under the banner of Walk Water Films.
