The movie demanded that she put on weight because of her role as a cricketer. Not one to sit at home indulging in comfort food, Rani immediately hired Satyajeet Chaurasia to help get her into a fitness regime.

And the hard work has paid off – Rani is back in a slimmer, sexier avatar. So determined was this Bengali babe that she gave up on mutton, chicken and sugar and stuck to healthier alternatives like fish and eggs. It is reported that she also invested Rs. 7 lakhs in exercise machines, and worked out for 2 hours every day. Her directors and her fans couldn’t be happier with her new appearance!
