 We hear that Farah Khan has been unhappy with her weighing scales recently, and with the fact that her husband Shirish Kunder is looking younger than her. The mom of triplets admits that she got inactive after the birth of her babies and realized with horror that she was tipping the weighing machine over. So, the determined choreographer-turned-director did what all stars do – hired a personal trainer.
The popular director’s physical trainer Vrinda Mehta has trained the likes of Kajol, Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan. Mehta confirmed that Farah has been training under her for close to two months and has lost five kilos as a result. She says that she likes to keep Farah’s workout schedule interesting by combining cardio, weight-training and pranayam.
Farah on the other hand is happy with her trainer for another reason also – Mehta doesn’t restrict her diet. Farah’s known for her weakness for rice, so her trainer has her on portion control rather than complete elimination. The lady is hoping to lose 20 kgs more over the next few months and give her husband a run for his money!
